Chart notes
HAWKEYE vied for the lead along the inside through the turn, repelled challenger into the lane then drew away while being kept to the task. ANDELE ANDELE stepped out, brushed rival then drifted in while hustling to the lead, vied for the top spot through the turn and into the lane, could not stay with the winner then stayed on to be clearly second best. SHAGBARK was in the three path through the turn when in mid-pack, swung into the lane three wide and moved up for the show spot while not a threat. INCLINED close up early while along the inside, was taken off the inside into the turn, raced in the two path into the lane and lost the duel for the show spot. HOLIDAY CITY never a factor while along the inside throughout. LOOMING was outrun while in the two path through the turn. HAY BILL was brushed at the start, raced in the three path through the turn when near the back, came into the lane from the five path and tired.
