STAR MABEE battled for the lead two wide into the stretch, made the lead before the furlong marker and prevailed under confident handling. PISTOL PACKIN BOS never far back, finished determinedly along the rail. BISCAYNE BAY unhurried early, found her best stride late outside. CITY SIGNS pressed the pace four wide into the turn, made the lead before a half, set the pace into upper stretch then came up empty. LADY ABRIL contested the lead three wide into the turn then faded. CARMEN OHIO failed to menace. BEST OF YOU was outrun. J J'S FANCY settled outside and was no factor. BAY MAGIC dueled for the lead along the rail for nearly a half then stopped in the stretch.
