LITTLE BIG led in the early going, rated back inside to stalk the pace, saved ground through the turn, came through inside the leader, shook clear, then drew off and was kept to the task. DONTINVADEMYSPACE set the pace off the rail, stayed on when challenged into the stretch, then could not threaten and held the place safe. HUNTIN' THE RUT rated inside, saved ground through the turn, came through inside of rivals into the stretch, tried to angle out to no avail, then straightened and missed the place. SPAN OF CONTROL well placed and outside, held position three wide through the turn, came four wide into the stretch and flattened out. VOORHEES passed a tiring rival. HINDENBURG tracked the pace, angled out and held position three wide through the turn, then had no rally.
