BEAUTIFUL LASS vied for the lead between rivals two wide for a half, shifted outside, rallied while drifting out past the middle of the racetrack to make the lead near the furlong marker and drew clear under strong handling. STARLITESLEW saved ground, offered a strong bid along the inside into the stretch and finished second best. I'M JAC'D away alertly, set the pace until mid stretch then was outfinished. TV TIZ GORGEOUS close up four wide, lacked the needed response. WELLOILEDCAT was no factor. WEEKENDING had good early speed two then three wide and was through after a half. SHANGHAI ROYALTY reared unseating her rider in the gate and was declared a non starter. THE STEWARDS POSTED THE INQUIRY SIGN AND AFTER REVIEW DELCARED SHANGHAI ROYALTY A NON STARTER.
