Chart notes
SUN BEE was away alertly and was hard held early and angled off the inside, rated two wide, came three wide into the lane and made a bid, got up late to prove best, driving. HECKLED was well placed on the inside, sat the pocket on the turn, then was blocked entering the stretch, angled in at the gap for the chute and closed up the inside to just miss. NONNA'S TIRAMISU stalked the pace and made a two wide bid on the turn to duel for command, gained a short lead leaving the furlong marker but was out kicked late. ANNA LUCIA was allowed to settle along the inside, swung out four wide leaving the turn and rallied. COMPASS RISES was reserved early, saved ground on the turn, then had a nice late run. KAKE'S TAP DANCER set the pace on the inside while dawdling along, then was headed on the turn, dueled to the furlong marker and weakened. WHAT A SYMPHONY was bumped at the start, settled back early, made a four wide run on the turn and came five wide into the lane and came up empty. HAINT BLUE (FR) chased the pace three wide and tired. PARTY DREAM was off slowly and not a factor.
