Chart notes
QUEEN CASHMERE dueled for the lead toward the seven sixteenths pole and set a pressured pace, contested the rail through the turn and held on under steady handling. RUNNING FREE gave chase, raced at the rail on the turn and dug in to take second later yards while gaining on the winner. TWO STEP SALLY pressured the pace inside, raced close at the rail on the turn, eased out leaving the turn and relented in the stretch duel for second. BAYLIS STREET pressured the pace three wide, dropped back in the three path approaching the top of the stretch and weakened the final sixteenth. BROADWAY PEGGY gave chase, raced in the three path on the turn and weakened in the lane. MIDNIGHT PASS pressured the pace four wide through the backstretch but dropped back approaching the quarter pole and weakened five wide on the turn.
