Chart notes
AWESOME CRUSADER settled off the pace along the inside, tipped two wide nearing the five-sixteenths pole, angled four wide near the quarter pole, closed outside and was up late. BEST DEFENSE set the pace in the two path and led until the final strides. ADIOS GARY stalked the pace from the rail, bid in midstretch but was outkicked by the top two. WOW WISH prompted the pace three wide and finished evenly while lacked a clear path through much the final furlong. LORD EDDARD STARK failed to menace while racing five wide. LIEUTENANT STAN chased the pace four wide and faded in the lane. COOLER KING played no factor while racing three wide.
