Chart notes
BAYOU COLONEL raced off the pace on the outside up the backstretch, came around the turn in the three path, launched a bid approaching the eighth pole, gained ground and pulled clear. RELEASED bumped with the horses to both sides leaving the gate, chased the pace setter up the backstretch, navigated the bend from the two path, switched inside to began a bid entering the stretch and gained ground late. MISTER BANJOMAN dueled on the outside through the opening quarter of a mile, continued to battle from the two path coming around the turn, dug in in upper stretch and was caught late. CHANNEL WON bumped with the horses to both sides at the start, raced off the pace between horses early, saved ground around the turn and gained ground late. DIVE DEEP tracked the pace setter on the outside up the backstretch, continued around the bend in the three path and was outkicked in the stretch. HAPPY HOUR BOBBY dueled on the inside up the backstretch, continued to battle while saving ground around the turn and weakened in the final furlong. SAMURAI MIKE bumped with the horse to his outside leaving the gate, raced off the pace through the opening stages, saved ground around the bend and made no bid. HURTS SO GOOD was pinched back leaving the gate, trailed the field up the backstretch, moved up while racing in the four path around the turn and flattened out in the lane.
