Chart notes
COALMINER'S KITTEN was well rated behind the pace on the inside, eased off the inside on the turn and came four wide into the drive, closed well to get up late to prove best, driving. SIMPLE LOGIC was three wide into the first turn, vied for the lead three wide and in between rivals, made a three wide bid on the turn to draw clear, then remained clear by the furlong marker but was caught late. RUSSIAN HAMMER was allowed to settle, in contention on the turn, blocked by the quarter pole, then found room by the three sixteenths and finished well on the inside. BAKENEKO was four wide into the first turn, prompted the pace four wide and came five wide into the lane and weakened. SHARP AZ NAILS vied for the lead in between rivals and tired. MAN ON ATTACK hit the gate coming out at the start, then rushed up the inside to vie for command on the first turn, tired on the far turn.
