ESCAPE VELOCITY set the pace through the far turn digging in upper stretch angling out to meet rival late ceding grudgingly in the final strides. GOLDEN TONE slow early lost ground to upper stretch vying late seven wide. HEZA HANDFUL gained contention on the far turn saving ground to upper stretch hanging late along the rail.
