Chart notes
SACHMO stalked the pace along the inside down the backstretch, shifted out two to three wide from the outside of Spiritual King and just got up his final strides under all out pressure. SPIRITUAL KING showed good early foot from the inside to set the early pace, had a clear lead near the eighth pole and was wore down in the final stages to just miss. GALILEE was unhurried early under a tight hold, moved up near the inside at the five sixteenths pole, angled five wide and rallied willingly to the wire. GAMBLING TZAR settled off the early pace, raced four wide near the three sixteenths pole and had no final winning bid. JUMP FOR THE WIN tracked the early leader from the outside two deep and faded in the drive. SKIMBLE SHANKS was unhurried early on, raced along the inside around the far turn into the upper stretch and lacked a bid.
