SPIRIT OF ST LOUIS was taken under a tight hold while towards the front early, saved ground under snug restraint around the opening bend, was rated while well placed just off the pace, drafted in the two path on the far turn, was asked while replacing a tiring foe into the stretch, rallied to the lead inside the three-sixteenths and drew clear under steady handling. CALL ME HARRY went to the front, rounded the first turn in the two path while in hand, showed the way down the backstretch, was asked near the seven-sixteenths, vied inside under urging on the far turn, lost the lead to the winner inside the three-sixteenths and proved no match while clear for the place. AGENT CREED was taken back under restraint early then pulled a bit between foes into the first turn, rounded that bend in the two path, was rated while tracking the pace on the outside, traveled three wide on the far turn, was given his cue at the five-sixteenths, chased four wide into upper stretch, came in under a right-handed crop in the vicinity of the furlong marker then switched to a left-handed crop and weakened but held the show. CITIZEN K was hustled from the start then taken in hand, saved ground while reserved off the pace, was roused outside the quarter-pole and lacked the needed response. FRANK'S ART broke in then was corrected by the rider while off a step slow, saved ground under tight restraint on the first turn, lagged at the rear, was roused while inside on the far turn, moved out inside the furlong marker, raced in traffic in the final sixteenth and failed to threaten. CONMAN jostled with a rival nearing the first turn then was taken up in tight between foes, raced three wide on that bend, settled on the outside without the benefit of cover,, went three wide on the far turn, came four wide into the stretch and failed to rally. GRAPE NUTS WARRIOR rounded the first turn in the two path, was reserved on the inside of a foe, traveled around the far turn in the two path, was roused near the quarter-pole then came under a drive in upper stretch, raced between rivals into the final furlong and was no factor. GRADED ON A CURVE went four then three wide on the first turn, settled on the outside, was asked while three then four wide on the far turn, came five wide into the stretch and failed to threaten. GHOST GIANT jostled with a rival early, went three wide on the first turn, stalked the pace on the outside, was asked late on the backstretch, chased in the two path on the final turn, dropped back into upper stretch and capitulated.
