Chart notes
PINK DINGHY contested the early pace and took the nod leaving the seven sixteenths pole, was urged away at the rail on the turn then kept sharp in the stretch. TEACHINTHERELEASE gave chase, raced at the rail on the turn then dueled through the stretch for second. JUBA BOUND gave chase inside, raced blocked at the heels of Teachintherelease toward the head of the lane, squeezed through at the rail entering the stretch and was outfinished in the stretch duel for second. EL LUCERITO pressured the pace through the backstretch, drifted to the five path on the turn then flattened toward mid-stretch. BERTRAM FLIGHT veered out and hit the gate at the break then gave chase, closed to the heels of rivals approaching the eighth pole, raced hemmed in through the upper stretch but finished well when clear. STROLLINGINTHEWIND came away awkwardly then gave chase, raced off the rail on the turn and ran evenly in the lane. LORD OF CORK gave chase, was forced outward through the turn, left the turn about the six path and showed little more. COLT ROCK gave chase through the backstretch, was forced out into the turn, altered course to the three path through the turn but proved empty on the lane.
