SUMMEROFTHESAMURAI saved ground while being forwardly placed, angled out to come two-wide into the stretch and finished strongly to be up in the final seventy yards despite being carried out late. SEVEN SISTERS saved ground setting the pace, drifted out slightly late and held on well in a game effort. WILLING TO BURN was reserved off the early pace, came four-wide into the stretch and finished in a mild rally. AMERICAN ROYALTY saved ground while being unhurried and improved her position late. MEAN SHARON chased the winner to the stretch while two-wide and weakened.
