Chart notes
DATS MR. MO showed speed in the two path, chased the pace around the turn, bid for the lead in mid stretch, drifted out late and narrowly prevailed. NEUSCHWANSTEIN hugged the inner rail, led around the turn, was challenged in mid stretch and dug in stubbornly. MARTINI MARTIN lacked speed, circled the turn four wide and rallied outside. ENERGY EFFICIENT , well placed in the two path on the turn, eased out in upper stretch and gave way in the drive. DYNA BLAST saved ground around the turn and steadily retreated through the stretch. CODE NAME showed speed three deep leaving the backstretch, remained prominent to the quarter pole then faltered. KING JOEY was outrun.
