Chart notes
KITCHI sent clear set the pace being pressed into the far turn dueling into upper stretch continuing to battle between horses late prevailing in the gamest of efforts. PALACE PRINCE tracked evenly through the backside emerging from mid track in upper stretch vying four deep there angling in late being right there on the wire. BLAME IT ON EDDIE gave a five wide middle move drawing even abreast rival on the far turn, dueling down the lane, moving between horses late. HONKY TONK HERO slow early gave a mild rally into upper stretch threatening late four wide. GENERAL DIRECTION a step slow early played no factor. PAPA HONOR tracked early vying from the inside to upper stretch fading late. PIONEER DANCER was never involved.
