Chart notes
GRAZEN IN THE PARK raced four wide entering the first turn and was reserved racing in the back, picked up the pace leaving the backstretch, quickly advanced along the inside, slipped through on the rail at the quarter pole, took over the lead and held clear under a driving finish. GINGER RULES dueled inside of AK SAFARI around the first turn and up the backstretch, shook free briefly midway around the far turn, got collared by rail running GRAZEN IN THE PARK turning for home, never gave up and kept after the winner to end. MAPACHE G tracked the pace near the inside up the backstretch, was ridden along two wide around the far turn, angled to the rail in upper stretch and churned on for a share. BILLY YANK rated three wide off the pace running through the backstretch, came under a ride two wide at the head of the lane and failed to kick on. A. K. SAFARI dueled outside of GINGER RULES around the first turn and up the backstretch, could not match strides past the mid-way point around the turn and faded in the lane. MY BOBBY MCGEE raced in range up the backstretch then came up empty around the far turn.
