Chart notes
JAKE THE BAND MAN vied for the led, took command and set he pace, raced in the three path, was first into the stretch and went uncontested, finishing with a wire to wire win. YOUNG TUSCAN raced mid pack raced in the four path, shifted into the eight path and circled the field through the turn, took the widest trip, closed and gained ground in the stretch gaining momentum with every stride, finished with a strong second. LUCKY PROMISE stalked the pace, raced five wide, launched a bid at the half mile pole, improved position through the turn, was asked to close and responded well getting up for third. THE GREEN MO'STER raced on the outside five wide, in the second flight of horses, had a competitor draw beside him on the outside, raced in between horses then tired. SHARP CHARLIE stalked the pace in the two path, raced in the second flight of rivals in between horses, maintained position and faded in the stretch. CABOT raced off of the pace, angled into the three path, maintained that position though out. JR'S PACIFICO was off a bit slow and never got involved. SHARK HARBOR vied for the lead, raced in the second flight of horses in the three path, stayed in that spot past the three eighths pole, shifted into the two path and then to the rail in the stretch was asked for more but came up empty tiring on the rail in the stretch. SALADO was off a step slow, saved ground and raced on the rail but showed little.
