Chart notes
DEROUTANTE raced two wide and stalked the front runner, was challenged by another rival in the upper stretch, battled with that foe down the land in a tight head to head battle, DEROUTANTE was determined, neve gave up and was able t outlast SUE'S LITTLE ZING getting the win. SUE'S LITTLE ZING raced three wide second tier, circled the field, took command at he quarter pole, battled in the stretch and just missed. ZEEROCK was off of the pace early, raced in the four path, launched a bid at the three eighths pole, split horses at the quarter pole, closed, struggled to switch leads but still out finished the rest taking third place honors. SMUGLERS BLUES raced on the rail, raced behind the front runners in a stalking position, raced in hands, shifted out at the quarter pole, hesitated and lost momentum, continued to close and responded well but to no avail. T J'S FIRST trailed the field early, saved ground and race on the rail, advanced, was in touch with the field, angled out into the eight path at the quarter pole, launched a mild closing bid. SWEET LITTLE ROSE vied for the lead, stalked the pace from the three path, rated in hands, was well placed through the turn, had an out side foe looming up steadied when that outside horse dropped over in the turn, shuffled back finished flat. WHERE'S AUNT J vied for the lead, used natural speed to take command, took advantage of the rail and set the pace, was cleared by outside rivals at the quarter pole and tired in the stretch.
