Chart notes
NEWS BOX outrun early, advanced strongly wide on the turn, collared the pacesetter and drew clear in the final furlong. MUCH BETTER vied along the inside for half a mile, faded briefly at the quarter pole then came again for the place. PORTAL ONE dueled between rivals down the backstretch, shook loose in the stretch but weakened. WE READY outrun early, bid on the turn then swung wide rallying. JARLIAN lacked speed inside and failed to respond. PUTTHEGLASSDOWN chased very wide throughout and was never in contention. CAPTAIN CHAZZ flashed speed three wide then stopped abruptly.
