Chart notes
NEECIE MARIE forced the pace outside, led at the quarter pole then edged clear under confident handling. ON THE SHORTLIST settled close up inside, angled out into the stretch and rallied while no threat to the winner. VANILLA BEAN stalked the dueling leaders outside and weakened slightly in the stretch. ISTRIA set a pressured pace along the inside and proved empty in the stretch. GIRLFROMOUTERSPACE was eased back and steadied into the first turn, raced wide and faded. CARLOTUK was taken up along the inside entering the first turn and lacked a further response. LA LA LUCY dropped far behind and trailed throughout.
