Chart notes
NORTHERN QUEST was within striking distance down the backstretch then made a three wide bid on the final turn, moved out to mid track in upper stretch and rallied to just get up for the win. CHEF vied for the lead on the inside around the first turn then settled off the pace down the backstretch, engaged the leader at the three furlong marker and took the lead at the top of the stretch but was nailed in the final jumps. JIMBO'S BIZ was allowed to settle down the backstretch then made a three wide bid on the final turn for a late rally to be up for the show. TIGER BY HIS TAIL went to the front to a pressured lead around the first turn and down the backstretch then was headed at the three furlong marker and matched strides with outside rival to the three sixteenths pole and tired. ITS FIVE SOMEWHERE was unhurried to the first turn then moved up the rail down the backstretch and flattened out. SUEZ raced near the back and passed tiring rivals. TASHKENT was forwardly placed in the early stages and retreated. PERVASIVE raced wide around the first turn and down the backstretch while trailing thoughout.
