EL CONEJITO prompted the pace three wide outside the top pair, came under coaxing with five-sixteenths to go, swung five wide into upper stretch in the midst of being shaken off and weakened in the drive. KBCYA LATER hustled from the start, cut the pace along the inside under pressure from a pair coming under coaxing with five-sixteenths remaining, spun just off the inside into upper stretch under threat and yielded inside three-sixteenths to go, then weakened to the finish.
