Chart notes
MOON CONNECTION led the way on the inside up the backstretch, raced in the two path around the turn and drew off in the lane. LUCKY MCCOY stumbled leaving the gate, raced off the pace on the inside early, began a bid from the two path coming around the turn and improved position in the stretch. TALE OF TRUTH chased the pace setters between horses through the opening quarter of a mile, came around the bend in the three path and kept on to teh wire. WIND RIVER stalked the frontrunner on the outside up the backstretch, continued around the turn in the four path and was outkicked from there. MY KACEJJ raced off the pace on the outside through the early going, saved ground around the turn and showed no kick. RUSSELL trailed the field up the backstretch, saved ground around the turn and made no bid. HOLDENTIGHT tracked the leader on the inside early, saved ground around the bend and tired in the stretch.
