Chart notes
CAMP DADDY chased in the two path early on, shifted out entering the turn, gained four wide around the bend to offer a bid at the quarter pole, led leaving that station and drew off under a drive. UNCLE BERLEY trailed in the three to four path, advanced in the five path turning for home to bid for place in upper stretch, gained place at the furlong grounds and was second best. BOLT ABOVE vied inside of a pair of rivals, checked subtly while unable to sustain position at the half mile pole, tipped out and tracked two wide and between horses around the turn, but steadied when brushed and put to tight quarters by rivals on both sides at the quarter pole, yet stayed on through the lane to gain show in the final sixteenth. SWIMMINGWITHSHARKS vied three deep early on, inched ahead of inner rival into the turn, showed the way in the two path around the bend, but was headed by an outer bidder passing the quarter pole and gave way through the lane. CHARLIE WHISKEY vied two wide and between horses, tucked to the inside leaving the half mile pole before stalking his outer counterpart from the pocket around the turn, but required a firm left rein to keep from bearing out at the quarter pole and faded through the lane. GETTIN PAID stalked four wide, pressed the leader from the three path while under urging at the three furlong pole, but was outmoved by an outer bidder and yielded nearing the quarter pole, brushed an inner rival while faltering at that marker, weakened entering the lane and was eased through the final furlong.
