Chart notes
CHANNEL WON pressed the pace, bid willingly, dueled for the lead, inched clear late and was all out at the wire. EXPROMPT (FR) showed good early speed while racing inside, fell back into the turn, angled out, closed willingly and was gaining fast late. DRAGON DREW saved ground, bid off the rail, angled out in the upper stretch and finished well to get up late for show. PINBALLER set the pace, responded when challenged to duel, faltered late and lost position. GRAND HIDEAWAY vied early, dropped back into the turn, bid inside, altered course mid stretch and lost momentum. BLAZEN ROAD was slow early, saved ground and offered a mild bid to improve position. OVERTHOUGHT raced outside and was not a factor. BAREFOOTBOOTLEGGER raced outside and was outrun.
