Chart notes
BLUE N GOLD was bumped leaving the gate then raced with the early pace two deep and between horses, took the nod toward the nine sixteenths pole, raced at even terms from that point, contested the rail on the far turn and dug in determinedly to inch clear nearing mid-stretch. S S SPARTAN ENERGY rated just off the pace about the three path, challenged leaving the three eighths pole and dueled at even terms two deep on the turn, but dropped back approaching mid-stretch and had to settle for second. GET OFF MY CLOUD rated close inside, picked up the chase from the three eighths pole and rounded the far turn about the three path, drifted leaving the turn then dug in and took the nod for third under the wire. IN JUBALATION saved ground on the first turn then eased out into the backstretch, gave chase nearing the seven sixteenths pole, raced in range in the three path on the far turn but drifted toward the head of the lane, left the turn outside and flattened late yards. AIR MEDAL raced in the four path the first turn, picked up the chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole, rounded the far turn about the four path and showed little in the stretch. SIENTE EL AMOR came away awkwardly and made contact with Blue N Gold, raced with the early pace inside, was met toward the nine sixteenths pole and gave chase into the backstretch, but faded leaving the five sixteenths pole. JUST A FLIRT stalked from the three path, gave chase nearing the three eighths pole but weakened on the far turn.
