Chart notes
HOLY SAINT away alertly, set all the pace under pressure, drifted to the five path entering the stretch and proved best under mild urging. SUSIE'S KID trailed into the turn, rallied outside and finished second best. DARK TIMBER pressured the winner three wide into the stretch, was forced out to the six path by that one, angled in when struck with a right handed crop near the furlong marker then was outfinished while two wide. BROTHER SKYE never far back steadied behind DARK TIMER near mid stretch then finished evenly. MUTINY pressed the pace along the inside into the stretch and weakened late. THE RIDER OF BROTHER SKYE LODGED A CLAIM OF FOUL AGAINST THE RIDER OF DARK TIMBER FOR ALLEGED INTERFERENCE IN THE STRETCH. AFTER REVIEW THE STEWARDS UPHELD THE ORIGINAL ORDER OF FINISH.
