Chart notes
GRACIE'S A TIGER pressed the pace to the top of the stretch from the two path, drifted in slightly near the eighth pole, rubbed inside rival but kept on and drew clear. HIGH GUNNER chased the top two around the turn and made a late gain. BAKERSFIELD BABE went to the front to a pressured lead from the inside to the top of the stretch then drifted out, rubbed the outside rival near the eighth pole and tired. LOTTA PRADA raced in the middle of the pace to the turn then moved up the rail around the turn but faltered. MAKARA tracked the leaders from the middle of the pace but was not a factor. WON SASSY RIDE was fractious in the gate and unseated rider, trailed early and was not a threat. NOBLE PRESENT was not a threat. A TRAINER OBJECTION WAS POSTED, THE TRAINER OF BAKERSFIELD BABE CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST GRACIE'S A TIGER FOR ALLEGED INTERFERENCE AT THE EIGHTH POLE, AFTER A STEWARDS REVIEW THE CLAIM OF FOUL WAS DISALLOWED AND NO ACTION WAS TAKEN.
