Chart notes
LAW OF THE JUNGLE bobbled at the break, tracked along the inside, chased on the far turn, moved up, came wide into the stretch, rallied outside, closed steadily, hooked up with LIDIA'S PRAYER in deep stretch and prevailed at the end. LIDIA'S PRAYER raced four wide early, stalked close up three wide, moved up at the half mile marker to take over, showed the way with a clear lead on the far turn, battled back inside in midstretch, led at the sixteenth marker, then dueled to the finish. BIG POPPER raced off the pace between rivals, made a strong three wide run midway on the far turn, charged to the lead entering the stretch, dueled to midstretch and weakened in the final sixteenth. WEST STAR vied two wide for command, chased inside on the far turn and tired. BRANDON'S SMILE raced three wide off the pace, then chased two wide and had no rally. LUCKY JAMES raced off the pace inside and was outrun. LITTLE BANKER MAN vied inside for the lead, chased, gave way and stopped.
