Chart notes
GAMBLER ROCKET vied outside of KYANDI up the backstretch, continued to battle for command around the turn, could not maintain equal terms but remained up close into the stretch, stayed on determinedly and nipped rival on the wire. KYANDI dueled inside of GABLER ROCKET up the backstretch and around the turn, shook free to a slim lead turning for home, kept on gamely holding a narrow advantage then got nipped by rival on the wire. HUSKER BUTCH tracked the top trio up the backstretch, launched an inside bid around the turn, sustained bid through the lane and cleared the rest. CANDY'S LITTLE TIP raced off the early pace, saved ground then shifted out four wide leaving the turn and needed more for late impact. BIG BOSS BEN raced off the pace along the outside, swung five wide into the lane and never threatened. ABUNDANT briefly vied between for the lead then chased the top pair up the backstretch, continued in contention around the turn then faded through the lane.
