Chart notes
IRIE EMPRESS pulled early on while tracking the pace on the inside, saved ground and waited for room on the far turn, angled out four wide into the stretch, bumped with ALEXA'S DREAM, then was in tight and bumped at the furlong marker, found a seam and rallied for the win. ALEXA'S DREAM raced three wide off the pace, moved up four wide at the quarter pole, came five wide into the stretch, bumped with IRIE EMPRESS at the top of the lane and eighth pole and then rallied outside for second. MILWAUKEE BAY raced two wide off the pace, chased three wide entering the far turn, bid three wide, dueled into the stretch, drifted out a bit at the furlong marker, then dug in gamely to the end. THE HAUNTED ROOM pressed the pace racing close up two wide, vied two wide on the backside, dueled between rivals on the far turn and dug in through the lane. SAVE THE FLAG set the pace on the inside, dueled inside on the far turn and weakened in the stretch. EXCULPATE stalked three wide early on, then chased three wide and gave way. After a Stewards' Inquiry into the stretch run, the race was decalred official.
