TEXAS MOONSHINE stalked the leaders through the stretch the first time while racing one out from the rail, raced into a tracking trip in the run down the backside, rallied smartly two wide entering the final turn, assumed command leaving the turn, and drew clear late. C C SUNRISE away alertly and vied for the lead from along the rail entering the stretch the first time, set a pressured pace from the inside of DAPPER DON in the run down the backside, eased off his pace rival entering the final turn, angled two wide entering the lane, and closed with late interest two wide in the drive to get up for the place. DEANARROW broke sharply and tracked the leaders through the stretch the first time while racing just out from the rail, rallied two wide through the final turn, and closed three wide in the drive to get up for a share. DAPPER DON away well and dueled for the lead from the outside of C C SUNRISE through the stretch the first time and in the run down the backstretch, took a narrow lead into the final turn, but faded in the late stages. BE SPARKY unhurried early while dropping back to trail, was always well back and failed to make a late impact.
