Chart notes
VERRAZANOINTHESKY rated along under a firm hold along the inside down the backstretch, split rivals two deep near the quarter pole and finished well to prove best under strong handling. GAGOOTS settled off the early going, raced near the rail approaching the three eighths pole, raced two deep near the quarter pole, angled out rallied gamely to the wire in the latter stages. MISTER CHARMING prompt the early leader two deep from the outside and kept on willingly to the wire. OVERTHOUGHT showed good early foot along the inside and weakened in the drive. NOT VERY GENTLE dropped back off the early pace, swung wide into the upper stretch to race from the far outside and had no late rally. BIG BLUE stalked the pace, raced four wide from the outside of rivals near the quarter pole and faded.
