Chart notes
LUNCH LADY showed early speed, took the lead, raced in the three path, was joined by an inside foe, matched strides, jointly leading and setting the pace together, decided to go on at the three eighths pole and easily drew off showing the way alone on the front end, began to tire deep in the stretch but kept going and held on getting the win. GRAY PEARL was off a step slow, raced in the four path, made one run, launched a bid at the three eighths pole, gained ground, improved position, shifted into the six path in the upper stretch, closed willingly and quickly passed rivals, rolling on momentum and nearing the wire, passed one more rival getting second by a nose. BOLD EXAGGERATION was off in mid pack, raced four wide, bid at the three eighths pole, responded well improving position through the turn, was encouraged in the upper stretch and again responded well, gaining ground, continued to closed in the four path, was at the wire and just missed for second and settled for a game third. LO PROFILE was off slow, raced on the rail, shifted into the five path at the three eighths pole, was five wide in the upper stretch, closed making up ground, but not enough. NEVER WALK ALONE vied for the lead, raced in the two path, joined the leader and matched strides while setting the pace, could not sustain the bid and tired late. JERSEY DOLL was off in mid pack, raced in the two path shifted into the rail but made no impact. NICELY UNIFIED was off mid pack, raced three wide, shuffled back and was no menace.
