BLUE EYED JO took back to track the contentious early pace, maintained a three wide path into the turn and chased to the quarter marker, was coaxed along five wide into the stretch, commenced a wide rally and vied for the lead at the furlong pole, took a narrow lead into the final sixteenth, kept to task to deep stretch and held in a drive in the end to prevail. CALIGRAPHY was allowed to settle in the early running, raced two wide along the turn then was angled four wide into the stretch, loomed at the furlong pole, battled with BLUE EYED JO to the final sixteenth, was outfinished in deep stretch and bested the rest. THE RIVER MANGITA lacked early speed and saved ground into the turn, swung three wide for the drive and advanced heading to the furlong marker, split rivals approaching the final sixteenth, could not impact the top pair in deep stretch and held safely in the end for the show. AUTISM SHINE broke alertly and showed good early speed leaving the gate, contested the quick early pace while two wide between runners into the turn, continued to battle while between runners into the turn, took a narrow lead into upper stretch, was confronted by the top pair at the furlong marker, could not match strides into deep stretch and faded. RUNAWAY SALLY was sent to be forwardly placed in the early running, pressed the solid pace while three wide and outside of rivals into the turn, vied for the lead while three deep nearing the quarter marker, battled with AUTISM SHINE into the stretch but could not keep pace into the final stages and gave way. VALERIE was asked for early speed and contested the solid early pace while inside of rivals, disputed the pace from the rail along the turn, lost position into upper stretch and tired in the final stages.
