Chart notes
HE'SSOSUBTLE settled off the early going, moved up near the rail around the far turn through the stretch and finished well to surge up under strong handling. IM YOUR PAPI prompt the early leader from the outside down the backstretch, raced five to six wide in the lane and kept on gamely to the wire. PAPA JIMMY pressed the early going from the inside, had a clear lead near the eighth pole but was outfinished in the final stages. LAWLESSNESS stalked the early pace, dropped down to race near the inside past the three eighths pole, continued its inside around the far turn through the upper stretch raced evenly late with no closing run. POWER (BRZ) dropped back off the early going, moved up five wide around the far turn, raced from the outside in the stretch and had no late rally. CODE NAME BRODY raced in a bit tight early on, was five deep near the three sixteenths pole and never threatened. STARSHIP GOTHAM dropped back off the early pace, just past the quarter pole clipped heels with rival and never threatened.
