ACHILLES HEEL was hustled from the gate then angled in, went around the first turn in the two path, followed the solo leader down the backstretch, was urged in the three path on the final turn, gained four wide under a drive into upper stretch, closed well to get the lead outside the eighth-pole, battled outside of the runner-up in the final furlong, drifted in late and prevailed under strong urging. HAPPY BOB broke out at the start, moved in while going to the front, opened up a sizable advantage in the two to three path, came under some urging on the far turn, lost the lead to the winner while under a drive outside the furlong marker, fought on well to the finish but missed while clear for the place. BOYS CODE dropped well behind early, rounded the first turn in the four path, lagged at the rear, was urged while moving from the two path to the five path on the far turn, gained six wide into the stretch and improved for the show. LUCKY LUCKY LUKE bobbled at the start, saved ground on the first turn, settled off the pace, was urged along in the two path on the far turn, gained coming to the quarter-pole, dropped to the rail in upper stretch and lacked the needed kick while flattening out. STRONG LIGHT went two then three wide on the first turn, settled on the outside, was urged three wide on the far turn, moved out in upper stretch and lacked the needed response while also flattening out. BREAK THE ICE went two then three wide on the first turn, was rated off the pace, saved ground under urging on the far turn, turned into upper stretch under a drive and failed to rally. SOUTH STREET was hustled from the gate, went three to four wide on the first turn, settled on the outside, was asked late on the backstretch, went four wide on the far turn, spun five wide into the stretch and had nothing left. MAMA BANNED ME broke out then was snatched up with the left-rein, moved from the rail to the two path on the first turn, settled towards the rear, passed the nine-sixteenths under urging and failed to respond.
