Chart notes
SPICY ITALIAN pressed the pace while racing in hand to the second turn, assumed command, drew clear and held safely under mild urging. LIL CARRIE D went four wide on the turns, stalked the pace, bid five wgide entering the stretch, couldn't gain late and finished second best. PACIFIC VIEW pressed the pace along the rail, fell back into the turn, came again between horses, didn't have enough late and settled for show. WICKED SKY showed speed to the second turn and flattened out. VOSTRA was never far back, swung wide entering the stretch, had nothing left for the drive and fell back. BORDER STAR set a pressured pace to the second turn, tired and gave way.
