Chart notes
DUNCAN IDAHO took the lead passing the half mile pole and kept the edge over El Lucerito through the backstretch, dueled clear of that one approaching the eighth pole and was kept sharp through the lane. TEACHINTHERELEASE gave chase through the backstretch, raced at a close disadvantage three wide on the turn then dueled for second. EL LUCERITO engaged in close chase and contested with a slim disadvantage two deep on the turn, but relented in the stretch duel for second. COLT ROCK gave chase, raced at the rail on the turn and ran evenly in the stretch. BERTRAM FLIGHT gave chase, raced at the rail on the turn and finished evenly. JUBA BOUND chased through the backstretch, rounded the turn about the three path and showed little in the lane. ELEANORS JACK gave chase and rounded the turn about the four path.
