Chart notes
GAMMA SQUEEZE closed to contention and stalked from the two and three paths, challenged leaving the second turn and dueled at mostly even terms from that point, contested the edge off the rail on the far turn, drew clear past the eighth pole and held well with steady handling. ICETECA settled back in the two and three paths and left the second turn outside, bid past the three eighths pole, raced in range of the lead in the four path on the far turn and dueled through later yards for second. CURTEIS settled in the four path then stalked three wide leaving the second turn, gave chase approaching the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn off the rail then outfinished in a later duel for second. ONLY GET'N BETTER saved ground, picked up the chase approaching the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn at the rail but weakened in the lane. REMASTERED rated a slim lead inside, dug in to the challenge of Gamma Squeeze leaving the half mile pole and dueled from that point, was met past the seven sixteenths, dropped back at the rail leaving the eighth pole and weakened in the lane. MR MAJESTIC stalked off the rail, gave chase leaving the second turn but faded through the backstretch.
