CLUE pressed the pace, bid between horses, fell back, awaited room, bid off the rail, closed willingly, got up late and won going away. GOLDEN MERGER was far back early, bid along the rail on the turn and closed inside to get up late for place. SMOOTH BLUES pressed the pace along the inside, assumed command on the turn, led to deep stretch and was outclosed. RAFAEL'S SURPRISE pressed the pace towards the outside, went five wide leaving the turn and lacked the needed late response. REEL EM IN set the pace to the turn, dropped back and gave way. ZESTY JAZZMAN was away alertly, vied early, pressed between horses and stopped on the turn. PHANTOMOFTHEOPERE was outrun.
