Chart notes
SMITTEN ENOUGH clear early on, hard pressed into the far turn, dug in through the upper stretch, raced well clear near the eighth pole and held safe under steady pressure. PICO D'ORO pressed the pace three deep from the outside of foes into the far turn and finished well to slowly close in on Smitten Enough in a game effort. CLASS WIZARD dropped back off the early going, raced near the inside around the far turn and moved up to improve position while racing three deep between rivals. SCIENCE (IRE) dropped back to race mid pack early, was two deep through the far turn and made a good late gain while racing three to four wide. BOWIE TWO STEP lag early on, raced three wide into the upper stretch, angled to race from the far outside in the lane and closed in a bit in the final stages. SPEAKERIT stalked the pace near the inside into the far turn, angled to race from the outside in the stretch run and never threatened. CLAUDEE BOY dropped back early on, raced two to three wide around the far turn and had no rally from the outside. STAR SHOPPING vied for the early lead between rivals early on and faded.
