Chart notes
PUMP THE BRAKES attended the pace from the three path, overtook the lead approaching the quarter pole, and kicked clear under light handling. PULL THE PIN unhurried early, swung wide at the head of the lane, closed steadily under light encouragement, and was along in time for place. BOSS MAN CAN vied inside from the three path, was overtaken near the quarter pole, lost path at the head of the stretch, angled out and was caught late. SNAP COUNT saved ground from the rail, chased into the stretch and gave way in the final sixteenth. TRICKY SPEEDSTER gave chased from the four path, and improved position late. INDEPENDENCE NEIGH chased the early pacesetters, and faded. HIGH FLYIN TIGER lagged early and passed a tiring rival. STORMY SUMMIT showed initial speed between foes, and was done early.
