Chart notes
STEEL NERVES outsprinted inside rival to the first turn, kicked clear early on the backstretch, stretched that cushion to the final bend and safely held while shown the stick in the lane. OUR GIRL ASHLEY broke out slightly, came off the rail into and around the first turn, remained in two path and clearly held the place. ENGEE OMBEE forced in at the start and put in tight quarters chased off the rail then three wide to last turn, remained wide and colared foe late for third. JERSEY BIRD settled outside, chased three wide and outside OUR GIRL ASHLEY, continued well off the rail, weakened bit in final sixteenth and lost the show. LUTE'S DIAMOND was forced in at the start, chased inside then on the two path and failed to menace. HAMPTONRUN broke in some, forced the early pace inside winner, lost contact with leader early on the backstretch, remained along the rail and faded.
