TIZ A GIANT was well rated on the inside, eased off the inside and was between rivals by the quarter pole, then made a bid when straightened and closed well to hit the front at the sixteenth marker and then drew away to prove best under a drive. SUERTE vied for the early lead two wide, made a two wide bid on the turn to shake clear, then widened the advantage by the furlong marker but faded late, held place award. PAT'SSEWINGMACHINE was taken back on the inside, saved ground on the far turn, angled out leaving the turn, then was in traffic nearing the furlong marker, then split rivals by the sixteenth marker and finished well, miss the place award. THE HAPPY GIANT was reserved early two to three wide, came six wide into the lane and had a belated rally. RICCIO was settled early two to three wide, made a three wide move on the turn but flattened out. IRON RANGER vied for the lead on the inside and then weakened on the turn. TOLAGA BAY was reserved early, lacked a rally. MR. SHADES OF GRAY was three wide into the first turn, tracked the pace three wide and tired. TAPADINE failed to respond.
