Chart notes
VICTORIA'S DEVINE broke a bit slowly, advanced three deep leaving the backstretch, secured command approaching the stretch then drew out. PRINCESS PEANUT chased the pace, was three deep leaving the far turn and rallied mildly. RENT FREE , rank entering the first turn, gained the lead entering the backstretch, failed to hold off the winner on the far turn and was steadied behind that one at the head of the stretch. RITZ ON BROADWAY was never a factor. ANOTHERDAYOFWORK was outrun. FUZZY WUZZY showed speed along the inner rail, faltered and was eased through the strech. An objection by the rider of RENT FREE against VICTORI'S DEVINE for alleged interference entering the stretch was not allowed.
