Chart notes
SHE'S SMART ENOUGH was away alertly, vied for lead from two wide through the turn then engaged the leader at the eighth pole and battled to the final yards and drew clear late. JULIARD HONOR rushed up to take a clear lead through the turn then was collared at the eighth pole and fought gamely to the final jumps. BORN TO REIGN raced near the back, saved ground while racing evenly. WE ALL AGREE tracked the leaders down the backstretch, raced three wide through the turn but lacked a late response. CAROLYN'S WAY had no early speed, tipped in to save ground around the turn but was outrun. PALM COURT raced in the middle of the pack from four wide on the backstretch then fell back on the turn, eased, jogged in.
