SOYBEAN MAN stalked in the two path, bid outside of the leader nearing the far turn, vied as an outer rival joined the fray turning for home, sustained the battle with his inner counterpart coming to midstretch, sparred with being herded outwardly many paths in the final sixteenth, yet still wrestled an advantage at the wire. ORBI ONE set the pace in the three path around the first turn, vied with an outer bidder into the far turn, clung to a margin from a pair of foes entering the lane, gamely battled through upper stretch, but drifted out through the final sixteenth and got nailed late. ROYAL SALUTE tracked along the inside, took aim in the four path coming to midstretch, grinded away on his left lead while slowly closing in on the top pair in the final furlong, but was herded outwardly in the final sixteenth and needed more. FAYETTE SPIRIT pursued three wide, shifted out in midstretch and rallied. CROSSING settled off of the pace three wide ,gained in the four path around the far turn before fanning to the seven path entering the lane, but leveled off on his left lead. RAISE HIGH pursued in midpack two wide and between horses, then saved ground around the far turn and stayed on mildly. TRICOLOUR trailed early on, took the far turn in the five path and failed to factor. NOW THAT ICAN ROCK stalked in the four path, chased from just off the leaders in the three path around the far turn but weakened. TOWN BARBER stalked in the five path, bid outside of the leading pair while in the five to four path at the five sixteenths pole, but weakened in upper stretch. SPEED INSTITUTE failed to factor from the two to three path. CUSP laid off of the pace two wide and between horses but faded at the three furlong pole. GUIGUI saved ground and faded turning for home.
