Chart notes
JESTERS HONOR set the pace on the inside racing with a clear lead, moved up nearing the quarter pole, drew off in upper stretch and was ridden out. INDIANTOWN steadied at the start, raced off the pace inside, angled out three wide entering the stretch, rallied outside and closed well for second. GROUCH tracked on the inside, chased three wide on the far turn, rallied between rivals in the stretch and was outkicked for second. PAL raced two wide off the pace, chased three wide on the far turn, came four wide into the lane and rallied mildly outside. QUIBERON BAY raced off the pace inside, chased on the far turn and finished evenly. IRISH RILL stalked two or three wide, chased on the far turn, came two wide into the stretch and weakened. HERE COMES BILLY raced three wide early, stalked two wide, chased inside on the far turn and tired. DUQUESNE had a three wide trip racing off the pace and did not factor. STEEL PIER pulled in the early stages, then did not factor.
